Who is this platform for?

Artastic Kids is an Online Streaming Art Lesson Website that is designed to allow families to create at home with online streaming video art lessons. Instead of going to an art studio and being told what to create, you can choose what leveled or "just right" art project you want in your choice of category, click and play and spend more Quality Time with your family. You can create art as a family activity with all members participating or have just an individual create in your home (anyone under the age of 18 should be supervised by an adult). Materials needed will be listed below the video so you can grab them before you start. This membership can also be used in a classroom as a streaming art lesson, however it does not include any printables or lesson plans. 1 membership license is for 1 household or 1 classroom.

What level are these art lessons for?

There are art lessons in this membership for beginner to advanced learners. Lessons are all leveled for 3 different levels. Levels will be covered within the membership in an easy to access way. It doesn't matter your age, you can pick an art lesson that suits your comfort level and topic of interest. If you have never made art before, no problem! If you have experience creating art, there are advanced lessons too!

 

How are the art lessons viewed with the membership?

Just like you stream other videos on other video platforms such as Netflix, Disney +, Amazon Prime, or YouTube, you will logon to www.artastickids.com and watch the art lessons (online streaming) directly on the website with your chosen device. As long as you have a device, you can login to www.artastickids.com anywhere, anytime and make art, no matter your time zone as it is a library of art lessons.

 

Can I put these videos on my own platform?

As this is a paid membership, only members who pay can access the videos so it would be against terms of service to try and use the videos on your own platforms and it would breach copyright. Just like Netflix or Disney +, you cannot put the videos on any other website as the videos are for paying members only and are only for 1 household. This membership is only for one household or classroom to use.

How am I billed for this subscription?

When you enroll or register for the membership, you can choose to be billed Monthly or Yearly.

 

Can I Cancel my Membership?

Yes, you can cancel your own membership anytime. Please login at www.artastickids.com & select your Avatar (circle profile pic) in the top right corner and click Account Settings and select CANCEL.

 

What ages are these art lessons for?

Lessons are ideal for ages 5 to 12, but I would encourage all family members who are able to participate to join in.

 

What art supplies are required for this membership?

To make this membership easy, accessible, and low cost, there are only a few materials needed for the membership. You can download the supply list at the bottom of this page and you will be emailed it when you become a member.

 

How many people can use a single membership?

Membership is for 1 household or 1 classroom use.

 

Can I use this membership at home?

Yes! This membership is truly designed for families to follow along with in their homes to make art lessons accessible for everyone and to provide opportunities of quality time.

 

How many people in my home can create art with the membership?

As many as you want! Membership is for the entire household. As long as they live in the home they can use the membership.

 

Can I use this membership for my classroom?

You can certainly use this streaming service in a classroom. You can purchase a membership and login at www.artastickids.com and from there you can select and play a video for your classroom. Hit play, pause, rewind, etc like any other streaming video service. However, there are no additional educational materials provided with the lessons as that is not the intent of this website. It is  website providing guided art lessons. There are no additional educational materials provided with the lessons as that is not the intent of this website. It is an Online Streaming Art Lesson website providing guided art lessons. Is this aligned with a curriculum?

No, this is not aligned with any curriculum. Please use Artastic Collective or my TeacherPayTeachers store for curricular aligned art lessons at www.artasticollective.com 

However, I am a curriculum and educational resource designer as well and was a teacher for 10 years so a lot of lessons incorporate curricular content naturally.
